From load-bearing structures to revenue pipelines.

I started on-site as an engineer — coordinating electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems for the Rourkela Smart City projects. That training never left: I still think in systems, tolerances, and load.

Today I point that same mindset at growth. Across SiliconIndia, EA / Hazelight Studios, PineSucceed, Innovatex and now Ideal Infra Services, I've built B2B lead-generation engines across Indian and international markets — cold outreach, partnership development, CRM systems, and the deliverability infrastructure most salespeople never touch.
